Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge accommodates guests in 25 luxury, air-conditioned thatched suites, including two Luxury Villas and the Mandleve Presidential Suite. Each en-suite unit has open air, glass-fronted showers providing spectacular views of the surrounding bushveld, as well as a spacious private viewing deck.

The two spacious Luxury Villas each have a master and secondary bedroom, both en-suite, with a private pool, library/lounge and beautiful deck facing a waterhole. The Mandleve Presidential Suite is perfect for honeymooners and those looking for a romantic getaway or an exclusive, private safari experience. It features a spacious bedroom, open-plan lounge/dining area, private plunge pool, an exclusive-use landrover for game drives, a personal attendant and the option of in-room dining.

Expert game viewing

All game activities at Sabi Sabi Bush Camp are conducted by resident guides and trackers. Game drives are offered in open 4x4 vehicles which allow optimum game viewing. Both early morning and late afternoon/evening game drives are offered, the night drives with filtered spotlights to view the shy nocturnal game. Guided bush walks are also offered and are enjoyed in the mornings after breakfast. Sabi Sand Reserve is known for its prime game viewing and you won't be disappointed with the diversity of wildlife on offer.

Sumptuous main area

The main lodge at Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge offers a lounge and bar area as well as two large wooden viewing decks that overlook the active waterhole. There are expansive lawns and indigenous gardens and the pool is the ideal spot to relax during the midday heat, while enjoying a cocktail. Delicious meals are served in the main lodge or al fresco under the stars in the boma at night. The spa offers a range of massage and pampering treatments.

Getting there

By air - daily scheduled flights connect from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) to the Sabi Sabi Airstrip. Daily scheduled flights also connect to Skukuza Airport from Johannesburg and Cape Town. Another option is flying to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) in Nelspruit, with a short hop to the Sabi Sabi Airstrip. KMIA receives daily/regular flights from Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and Livingstone (Vic Falls). Private air and helicopter transfers are available. Transfers from the Sabi Sabi Airstrip to the Sabi Sabi safari lodges is complimentary.

By road - it's an easy 500 km/5 hour drive from Johannesburg on National Roads. Road transfers from KMIA (Nelspruit), a scenic 2-hour drive, and Skukuza (approx. 90 mins) can be arranged. Road transfers from Johannesburg are also available.
